We don't guarantee a mobile number because Google measures mobile on a simulated slow connection, and the same unchanged page can score twenty points apart on two runs minutes apart. Sites of 10 or more pages receive a 10% discount on the total build. Hosting is optional and may be added or cancelled at any time.
95+ guarantee terms. Applies to the desktop Performance score reported by Google PageSpeed Insights for each page we build, measured as the median of three consecutive runs within 30 days of delivery. If we cannot reach 95+ on a page, the build fee for that page is waived. The guarantee covers the site as delivered and does not apply once third-party code outside our control is added — booking widgets, chat tools, listing or IDX feeds, advertising and tracking pixels, or client-installed plugins — or to pages altered by others after handoff. Mobile performance is optimized but not guaranteed. Google scores mobile against a simulated throttled network, and results vary materially between runs on identical pages; we report mobile scores honestly rather than warrant a figure we do not control. PageSpeed scores measure page performance and are not a guarantee of search ranking, traffic, or revenue.
